Credits, fallback, and attribution
Understand grants, charges, spend limits, fallback capacity, and visible branding.
Credits
Each account receives 500 credits per UTC calendar month; unused monthly credits expire at month end. Purchased prepaid credits do not expire. The dashboard always reports the effective balance, including compensating refund or dispute adjustments.
Developer top-ups use a separate developer Stripe flow. Credits are granted only after a verified, environment-matched webhook; returning to the success URL never grants credits.
Fallback
If a 2-credit custom generation cannot be funded but 1 credit and normal capacity remain, output downgrades to provider branding and reports branding_fallback. At zero spendable credits, generation, verification, and availability can continue within separate full_fallback quotas for zero credits.
Fallback is bounded capacity, not unlimited free processing. Responses always report the effective service mode, branding, and charge.
Attribution
Provider-branded and fallback output must preserve visible KonfigurátorSPZ.cz attribution. Public and registered iframes also keep clickable attribution. Do not hide, crop, cover, or misrepresent it.
Limits
Global, account, project, credential, browser-session, normal, and fallback limits are independent. Project monthly spend limits are checked before reservation. A paused project or suspended account is denied.
