Developer platform terms
Terms for accounts, credentials, prepaid credits, beta limits, fallback, and attribution.
1. Operator and developer account
The KonfigurátorSPZ developer platform is operated by Martin Machava, IČO 06838928, DIČ CZ684876618, Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno – Staré Brno, Czechia; contact: [email protected]. These terms apply only to the developer platform and do not replace the consumer purchase terms.
You are responsible for account access, member permissions, project configuration, and every API key or browser session issued for your projects. Keep secret keys server-side. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise and revoke affected credentials.
2. Public beta, suspension, and limits
The service is a public beta. We may change conservative preview limits, pause projects, suspend an account, or temporarily restrict functionality to protect users, capacity, data sources, or the platform.
Fallback quotas, normal quotas, rate limits, spend limits, and in-flight limits are separate controls. Availability is not guaranteed.
3. Prepaid credits and charges
Monthly promotional credits expire at the end of their UTC calendar month. Purchased prepaid credits do not expire unless required by law or refunded. Credits are not money, are not transferable, and can be used only for developer-platform operations.
The effective branding mode and charge are returned with each operation. Service-caused failures are not charged. A custom request may downgrade to provider branding when only one paid credit can be admitted.
4. Branding and attribution
Provider-branded output and fallback output must retain visible KonfigurátorSPZ.cz attribution. Public and registered embeds must retain their clickable attribution. You may not obscure, remove, crop, or misrepresent required attribution.
5. Acceptable use and official decisions
Do not use the service to probe other tenants, bypass quotas, distribute credentials, submit unlawful content, or represent advisory verification or availability as an official reservation or administrative approval.
The competent Czech authority makes the final decision on registration marks.
6. Refunds, disputes, and withdrawal
Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, and VAT are handled as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
A refund, chargeback, or dispute creates an idempotent compensating credit adjustment. If credits were already consumed, the account can carry a credit debt that future grants offset.
7. Termination
You may stop using the beta and request account deletion, subject to retention required for security, accounting, disputes, and immutable credit records. We may terminate access for material breach or platform risk.
